To do this, a suitable hole is drilled in the cap. Then the pump is inserted through the hole and screwed in place from below.
Only the tube comes into contact with the liquid when the pumps are used, so that a great deal of liquid can be filled off. The manual pressure pump is ideally suited for drawing off, decanting and emptying canisters and barrels. The hand pump is used to create excess pressure that forces the liquid out of the container.
