BariMask HF with round thread connection Rd40 – this thread enables a much simpler user application test (“ball of the thumb test“). The innovative “Quick-Lock”connection of the neck strap makes it easy to put on the half face mask and therefore quicker to use.

Respiratory Protection - Plug-In Filters for Half Mask BariMask HF
Tested and approved to EN 143 / EN 14387 standards with CE mark. Insert filters are connected to the mask by a filter adapter. The filter adapter is fitted with thread connector acc. to EN 148-1. Particle filters consist of a light PE housing with a built-in glas fibre filter. Special folding provides a large filter surface area in a confined space. A pre-filter collects aerosol mist and dust and prevents rapid accumulation of dirt particles in the main filter, thereby prolonging its lifespan. Easy to exchange by inserting into the outer chamber of the filter mount. Flame resistant.Please order the filter adapter for insert filters separately.
Respiratory Protection - Screw-Type Filters
The filters are tested and approved to EN143 / EN 14387. Offer very low breathing resistance. Their lifespan depends on the toxicity, humidity and air consumption of the user. Measurements differ with application so it is impossible to predict the working lifespan. Filter exhaustion can be detected as follows:Gas filters: appearance of odours, tastes or irritants in inhaled air.Particle filters: increase in breathing resistance.Storage times for unused gas and combination filters (kept sealed in manufacturer's packaging) 6 years. Particle filters can be stored for 10 years.Individually sealed in PE bags and packed in outer boxes.
