High-precision electronic device for measuring and recording temperature and pressure. When used with the SI 2150 interface set (please order separately), it enables comprehensive routine control of steam sterilizers using the alternative Bowie & Dick test according to EN 285/DIN EN ISO 17665. In addition to checking steam penetration, relevant sterilization parameters are also monitored. A vacuum test can also be carried out. The EBI 16 is designed to ensure 1000 cycles or 3 years of operation without calibration or service.
