Penetration thermometer with integrated infrared sensor for quick and easy determination of surface and core temperature in the food sector. Suitable for checks as part of HACCP processes. The infrared measuring device is equipped with a 2-point laser with 10:1 optics. The penetration probe is securely stowed on the device and activates automatically when it is folded out.
