Adapter for polyamide test sieves
This adapter is to be used in combination with the clamping lid plexiglas, for test sieves 200 mm / 8" Ø (Cat. No. 9.826 404) for secure fixing of polyamide test sieves on Fritsch Sieve Shakers ANALYSETTE 3 PRO and SPARTAN.
Mesh, polyester
Thermo-fixed PE mesh with temperature resistance from -75 °C to 150 °C (short). For long term heating max. 125 °C. Resistant to acids but not alkalis.Dimensions: Minimum width 102 cm, Length 100 cm.Other sizes available on request.
Polypropylene Mesh
Properties: Polypropylene mesh is temperature stable from 0 °C to 150 °C (short term), and for longer periods to 125 °C. Moisture absorption at 95 % relative humidity and 25 °C is less than 0.01 %. Resistant to alkalis, even in high concentrations. Limited application with organic solvents. Supplied in widths indicated below, in lengths from 1 m.
Mesh, Polyamide
Thermo-fixed Polyamide (Nylon) mesh is temperature stable from -40 °C to 115 °C. In water from 95 °C to 100 °C. Stability in acids is limited and dependent on concentration and temperature. Nylon exhibits outstanding stability in alkalis, including sodium and potassium solutions. Its chemical behaviour with respect to organic solvents is moderate to good. Minimum mesh width: 102 cm, Length: 1 mOther sizes available on request.
