The SmartExtraction LHS-Kit has been designed for automated isolation of high molecular weight DNA (HMW) from bacteria, yeast, tissue samples, whole blood and rodent tails. The extraction process is based on the adsorption of the genomic DNA onto Smart Modified Surfaces and does not require magnetic particles for DNA binding.
